The Natural Move Rhythm drills and the 3/4 focus on release drills have revolutionized my swing. I have always swung too hard and hit at the ball. Like you said, I have been taught to create coil by holding back my hip turn. Freeing up the hips has made my backswing so much easier and smoother then releasing the club as you describe has made me feel like I’m throwing the club at the target and not hitting at the ball. I’m amazed at how much I’m hitting the ball directly at my target and not hitting the ball fat like I used to. Thanks much!
