Hello Alex, Great drills, will try to do them every day until the course opens hopefully on the 28th of next month.
Great to hear! That have helped me and many many others not only keep cobwebs off the swing, but actually train it to improve. Don;t forget to use the chipping and putting series too. Many in there can be done at home. BUT the S.I.M.P.L.E Process is paramount when ypu get back onto the links.. every shot
Super set of drills Alex. I’ll be focusing on these………3 weeks to go until Golf restarts in the UK. cannot wait to get back on the course to see how well I have bought into your processes.
That’s great that you like them and i’m confident will serve you well prepping the swing a bit until you jump on the tee box or range.
I have a problem falling out or jerking up in my downswing when I’m driving off the tee. Any suggestions or hints to follow through
with my swing and not looking up!!!!!! Thanks

Hello Alex, thanks for showing all these drills ! when I do the wall pivot drill, it seems to me that I am shifting some weight to my left side already in order to touch the wall, shouldn’t we be shifting partial wight into the right side during the backswing?
Patrick
Hi Patrick,
You still want more pressure in the trail foot as the first thing but then the hip pivots as you move the arms up. The sequence is key. I can do another video on this. And coming soon will be a hyper focussed lesson on home drills for the new weekly digest.
