HYPER-FOCUSED TRAINING TO PLAY BETTER GOLF AS YOU GET OLDER.

A SMOOTH SWING WILL HELP YOUR SEQUENCE AND STRIKES BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY IT WILL FEEL LIKE YOU’VE TAKEN YEARS OFF YOUR GOLF SWING.

What I wanted to cover today is in keeping with what we discussed last time… To keep aspiring for a strain free golf swing so

But we did not cover much on the pace of your swing… the tempo if you will.

The lesson you see below is not just tempo…

I want to help your SEQUENCE to help you to stop rushing from the top of your swing.

And I know this is something that troubles many of you.

The goal is to give you awareness and some specific drills you can do even at home without hitting shots to improve your swing more than you will realize. If you rush your swing you’ll never be able to control the club face and make consistent contact with the ball. If you take your time and swing smoothly, you’ll be able to get the club face in the right position at impact every time.

A slower golf swing but hit it farther with accuracy is revelation to many.

There is something destroying your golf swing, and I wager you haven’t even considered it. You’ve been chasing all the technical solutions for your golf swing, getting frustrated. But if you overlook this one thing, you are gonna stay frustrated and stay inconsistent.

I am talking about tempo, but don’t think it’s boring because if your tempo is quick or if it is snatching, your shots are gonna be so much worse. The reason I know that you are overlooking tempo is because of the thousands of golfers I’ve helped across the world really ever pay attention to tempo. And it doesn’t mean to swing slow, it doesn’t mean to swing soft, but that is the starting point.

Find your tempo and I promise you your game will skyrocket.

Who do we admire?

Ernie Els, Fred Couples, people like this. VJ Singh, smooth swings that look like you can just do them for days without worry, but they still deliver power. Tempo in your golf swing a key that most golfers overlook…

it’s a secret weapon for more power and golf swing speed as well as reliable consistency.

STOP RUSHING YOUR GOLF SWING ESPECIALLY FROM THE TOP OF THE BACKSWING.

T
EMPO IS KEY BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN SLOW.

The key to a good golf swing is to find the right balance between speed and control. When you rush your swing from the top of the backswing, it often leads to poor contact and inaccurate shots. Its important to stay focused on the fundamentals and to be patient throughout your swing. Make sure that you feel a consistent tempo and rhythm as you transition from the backswing to the forward swing. This will help you to stay in balance, maintain control and maximize your power. If you really think about or look at your swing, how well do you regulate your swing speed? How often do you work on it?

I am not saying slow swing, I am wanting to show you some drills to help have a smooth move that delivers the speed and power easier and at the right time.

By f
ollowing these drills and maintaining a balanced tempo and rhythm, you will be able to hit the ball with more power and accuracy.
